Just today, information about that Kazakhstan signed Decree on commercial emergency services appeared on social network (Facebook):"the service will be free four times a year, and subsequent will be charged."
"Kazakhstan has not signed any decree on commercial emergency service. These measures have been discussed in Russia. The information,spread in the network, is invalid," said the press service of Kazakhstan MHSD.
